Winter Cohort starts March 2026
The Leadership, Empowerment, Advancement & Development (LEAD) for Delaware Direct Support Professionals Training will be held as a hybrid program. Applications are now open. This 8-week program focused on the growth and development of Delaware Direct Support Professionals is open to DSPs currently working in Delaware.
February 24-26, 2026
The Catalyst Lab: Workforce Edition will be held February 24-26, 2026 in person in San Diego, California. This 2.5 day, collaborative, interactive, and boundary pushing workshop style event, will help leaders move beyond challenges to generate new ideas and creative strategies to build and rebuild a stronger workforce. April 12-17, 2026
The Spring Leadership Institute will be held April 12-17, 2026 in Kansas City, Missouri. This Institute is being held in partnership with University of Missouri-Kansas City. The Summer Wisconsin Leadership Institute will be held July 12 - 17, 2026 in person in Green Bay, WI. Applications are open now, click here for more information or to apply. This Institute is open to disability sector leaders located in Wisconsin.
July 26 - 31, 2026
The Summer Leadership Institute will be held July 26 - 31, 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Applications are open now, click here for more information or to apply. This Institute is open to all disability sector leaders.
October 25 - 30, 2026
Wisconsin leaders have a second opportunity to join us for the Fall Wisconsin Leadership Institute which will be held October 25 – 30, 2026 in Eau Claire, WI. Due to generous funding through the Inclusa Foundation, participation in the program is $100 per person. Applications are open now, click here for more information or to apply. This Institute is open to disability sector leaders located in Wisconsin. Participants may choose to attend either the Summer or Fall Wisconsin Institute.

The Leadership Institute is for emerging and established leaders working in the disabilities field. If you are a leader who works for a state department of developmental disabilities within the United States (applicable to the Winter and Summer Leadership Institute only), a leader with a disability, or a Direct Support Professional, you can apply for scholarship support to cover tuition and a travel & hotel stipend!
